So, the latest craze has been frozen yogurt! Well I guess for a while now. Little "fro-yo" shops started popping every where. I have been a total rebel. I was very anti-frozen yogurt. How? and Why? you ask yourself. "If it's cold and sweet, then I'm going to eat ice-cream" of course my favorite! My kids love frozen yogurt and the hubby would sneak it at work. I had friends trying to persuade me otherwise. "I run for Ice-cream! 3 miles a day!" I would say. BUT.... then one day hubby begged me to take me out for frozen yogurt, "you will love it!" he said. "I promise"... I very much reluctantly obliged as he had said it in front of the kids... of course he said it in front of the kids, he knows I can't say no to them. Geez! He knows me so well! Ok, so he took me, and let me tell you I was in love! He took me to this little shop in Orange County that's so cute and the yogurt was so fresh and tasteful, the toppings were so fresh. I was in LOVE and addicted all at once. I was smiling from ear to ear and couldn't stop for the rest of the day. That place was PINKBERRY. I know I am late on this craze but the hubby couldn't stop laughing at how I had a permanent smile on my face. Mission completed! I love yummy frozen yogurt! Here are some pictures from my cell phone. I couldn't contain my excitement to document this deliciousness!

Can you guess which one is mine? Lol! This only started another craze for me. The VERY next day, I scouted and found this little shop in our neighborhood, here in Menifee, well it's Sun City, that wasn't quite Pinkberry, but it was as close as it gets. Very fresh, very tasty. The location was also a coffee shop... I was in heaven! Very nice new little shop, cute, friendly, super clean and very well ambiance! I was in love. I know where I'll be during the summer! Super Yummers!!! YoJo!

I had the great fortune to go to WPPI again this year. If you don't know what that is, it's a conference for Wedding and Portrait Professionals. It's pretty much a great place to learn and network, and party, it is Vegas ya know!

Last year I went for the very first time, I was so overwhelmed and I felt like I was going to walk in and everyone was going to point and look, laugh and say "Hey! You don't belong here! This is for the PROFESSIONALS!" OMG! I totally felt out of place. Luckily it was a great year to get my feet.

This year I went in, struttin' my stuff, "like I got this!" lol. Well no not really. I mean we are talking about over 15,000 photographers converging into one place. Pretty intimidating. Once I got to the classes I wanted and people asked similar questions to what I was thinking. I felt like ok, we are all in this together and we just want to get better to be better. I went open minded and ready to absorb everything. The little overachiever I am. I sat in the first 2 rows of my classes. I just came back really inspired, I learned so much. Next year I plan to go to network, and break out of my comfort zone and hit all the parties everyone talks about... ok well that is the plan.. and if you know me, that probably is pretty unlikely, but ya never know.

I wanted to share some pictures we toook of our road trip. This year me and my partner in crime celebrated our 12th year wedding anniversary and we took advantage to blend our business trip with some pleasure. lol

Listening to Jason Mraz on the drive up there was very soothing... eventually I turned into one of my children and was like "Are we there yet?!"

Finally made it...

We were able to sneak out at night and try out our night time shots... yes that is a man painted in silver paint standing like a statue... hehehe

I was over the moon when I got to see one of my favorite wedding photographers. Jasmine Star is so awesome and she knows it too! She gives of herself so much and people just love her. Like me.

Finally some party time and our annual mirror shot.

We are getting ready for Marisol and Ralph's wedding. We went out to San Juan Capistrano to do their Engagement Photos. Like always the bride had all the little details covered. I just can't wait for their wedding day. Watch out for that post coming up soon!
